Apparently when you go to prison often you lose weight so your pants begin to sag. A large percentage of young black men have spent time in prison. So I guess kids see these guys when they go see their fathers and also the guys who get out of prison who come home and wear their fat pants that now sag just like the prison uniform did. These bruthas go back to the neighborhood and kick some ass and fuck girls. The young guys see these guys with saggy pants taking over in the hood and fucking women. The young ones want to emulate the dress and mannerisms of the older Alpha males.
On a more positive note here is a nice looking black girl to offset all the man ass in this thread.
