Todays scammer - Program owners check your outgoing epasses

This guy is getting tech now. I've been banning him from our programs for a couple months.
He sets up tons of epass accounts, has mountains of stolen CC numbers and will blast your program with sales, get paid on epass, then move on.
Today just on TrannyPay i found 7 accounts for him, messaged another program owner and he apparently is doing it to them as well. All i know is that he is in vietnam and will contact you franticly on various icq's when he finds he will not be paid, then he threatens to DOS attack..
Anyway, here's some of his newest epass id's

i hope one day to meet him.

These guys are relentless. I kill several accounts a week they create.

Does anyone know if these epass accounts are stolen or are they just generating them in high volume? If we could get epass involved slowing these guys down might be easier. Epass will only tell me if the account is in good standing or not.

Why not just let trusted affiliates get paid by epass, and withhold new affiliates checks for X days to verify? I wouldn't have a problem with those measures, as a real affiliate.

I've turned off Epass on our join page for a while now so if a wm wants Epass, they have to send us a support ticket and we hand verify. Epass is crawling with fraud acct holders.

Thats all well and good but they are still generating charge backs. These guys need to be caught quick regardless.

Cut off $$ = eliminate the problem... If payments are held for x, then scammer won't be able to make any $$ with this scheme and so they will stop...

That's our new motto. I hold all epass payments now, and contact the affiliate to discuss.

I always wondered why more programs don't require photo ID or something like that from affiliates in order to get paid.

If they're legit affiliates I don't see why they would have a problem having a scan of their ID to send in when they sign up for a new program.

Yes, all totally different info, logs in with different individual proxies. Now he only sets up the affiliate accounts as a US or Canadian webmaster so it's less suspect. He used to just go for it and use Vietnam as the country, all yahoo addresses, now he's got lots of tricks. Trial joins convert, rebill...

Yeah, 100% of the fraud we catch are epass holders. We hold them for 3 weeks now and do a massive fraud scrub before sending anything. All the big affiliates get paid via wire or check anyway, so no love lost.

In a perfect world that would work. These guys don't seem deterred by cancelled accounts. They just keep slinging new accounts hoping a few sneak through and get paid.

Quickbuck implemented that and when they announced it people on here were giving them shit for it, saying it was an invasion of privacy etc etc.

Personally I feel if you want to be paid via epass then some sort of proof of ID should be tendered. And as you said the legitimate webmasters in it for the long haul shouldnt have a problem doing that.

good idea, and all programs should send their affiliates copies of their and all their employees id's. After all if they are a legit sponsor i don't see why they would have a problem

Today just on TrannyPay i found 7 accounts for him, messaged another program owner and he apparently is doing it to them as well. All i know is that he is in vietnam and will contact you franticly on various icq's when he finds he will not be paid, then he threatens to DOS attack..
