Major NATS bug. Can't handle CCBill new Regional Pricing

Anyone using NATS and who have also adopted the CCBill regional pricing beware

I noticed this months affiliate payouts are much higher than usual, so checking recent transactions we had some with very high values such as $3294 for one sale

Whilst that would be nice, its beacuse ccbill posted a yen amount to NATS of yen 3294, but nats took it as $

So 1 transaction looks like this :

    Option: $29.95 - 30 Day Membership
    Spent: $3,294.00
    Cost (Reseller): $1,399.95
    Cost (Biller): $494.10
    Profit: $1,399.95

I would guess this is a general problem with NATS, and I have submitted a support ticket already

But any other programs should watch out.

I have CCBill regional enabled and contacted NATS as soon as I enabled it. Boris at NATS told me that the CCBill regional billing feature in NATS was still in beta and that he would get me in to the beta.

During the beta I only noticed one error with the ccbill regional billing in nats and which Boris fixed as soon as I informed him about it. Now it seems to be working just fine.

Having contacted TMM about this, it appears NATS is not capable of handling the CCBill regional pricing yet.

From my point of view its totally rediculous a major billing company such as CCBill should launch a new function which is bound to be extremely popular in take up by programs, but TMM have not got themselves ready for it.

Surely TMM and CCBill have a close enough relationship to converse about upcoming features.

Im dissapointed with TMM for not (at least) warning there clients not to begin using Regional pricing yet as NATS cant handle it.

We have been in contact with NATS and others regarding integration for some time now. If anyone is having problems please either submit a ticket to NATS or contact me directly.

I would suggest checking with MPA to be sure.

YDG, this is not a 'Major NATS bug' you are testing a beta feature, and you are reporting to the forum that it's a Major bug.. this does not affect most people on this forum, this should be handled privately, as minimal amount of users are affected, and i am sure Nats will upgrade whoever is using this feature and or notify them.

actually just another reason GFY should have rules about letting dumb people post here.

I've heard of skew, and this board is full of it - but, uhm, it appears that for some initial transactions, CCBill was not passing the denomination of the transaction, thus, it was assumed to be USD. As much as I have a love/hate relationship with TMM - how is this TMM's fault, other than by offering CCBill support?
