I doubt it will but def keep your eye on the site and see if it gets worse...have you tried getting ahold of the webmaster? or send a message to their host.

Sucks to see that happen

these are some burried old blog posts from what I see, I even thought that I've deleted some of them ( I dont know what they are doing online).

I will send mail to webmaster, just wondering is this maybe good for me, to leave it like it is.

I have many blog posts linked in this way... the crappy thing about this guy is that he is only linking back into your image and not the post it came from. My posts that have links back into them do the best on my blogs. Natural links. The way this guy has it done it seems he is just trying to get the Google,Bing,Yahoo image searches by hot linking your content.

Taking a quick look, it seems this guy is hotlinking all of your pics too.

Add a little bit of anti-hotlink code in an htaccess file and put it in your wp-content/uploads folder.

If you are sure that you deleted some of those posts he using a Wayback Machine archive of your site

Yeah, those hotlinking guys can be annoying.

Like robwood says, I recommend setting up your htaccess for anti-hotlinking. This site has a pretty comprehensive instructions for it, you'll probably be good with just the basic "streamlined" layer of protection he describes:
