Keep in mind that Myfreecams has had "free" in the domain name all along and it became a huge success by following that concept / motto from day 1. We all know the "free" aspect in the name has not affected business as girls have always made bank at MFC. At the end of the day, people want more, and you always get more by buying tokens and tipping the girls. This is human nature; it will never change.
Having a bunch of free and paid members gives the room an interesting dynamic. It's a formula that works otherwise it would not have grown to become one of the biggest sites.
