The people in the audience are fucking idiots. That poor woman's husband killed his fucking self. People who boo her are immature assholes.
Love's band, Hole, did their own share of some pretty good music. Here's one of their best:
If you believe Billy Corgan (and he is an ass himself) he wrote most of the songs on that record and Kurt wrote most of the songs on Hole's other big record.
I guess there is no way of knowing it if is true, but it does make you think.

Saw The Cure at the Vic Theater in Chicago back around 2000 and Billy Corgan was up on the small left side Balcony watching the show. Saw the Smashing Pumpkins around 2000 as well at the United Center in Chicago. Both of those shows were Farewell tours.
Billy Corgan always seemed like a nice dude, little cocky=yes. Think he suffered some childhood abuse and deals with depression. I dig her crazy ass music wise anyway.

Billy is talented, and I have never met him so I can't speak from personal experience, but it is pretty widely reported that he is very difficult to deal with when it comes to a lot of things. Again, this could just be people who have not agreed with him airing their sour grapes, but it could be true.
One thing I know is that Sharon Osborne was once the Smashing Pumpkins' manager. She quit and released a statement that said, "I must resign for medical reasons. Billy Corgan is making me sick!"
When it comes to Hole, they have a few songs I like, but I just question who really wrote them.
I don't really know who wrote Hole's music, but I don't really care either... some bands & singers sing their own songs and some don't. I just always thought that Hole was a cool band, and Courtney was actually kinda sexy, especially in "Malibu". Plus, it's a pretty fun song to learn how to play which is what I am now doing. PLUS, for a while anyway, Melissa Auf der Maur (Montrealer, woo!) was in the band.
