    Any Verotel Reps Online?

    Any Verotel reps on the board? Or anyone have an ICQ contact for someone there? I'm trying to get the billing going for a site and theres people waiting to join!!

    Any way to get in touch with them it seems like they work mornings only

          Anyone got anyone there? They have everything and I've been trying all day for them to just activate the sign up link, they're saying that they can't sign in and I have no clue why they can't because everyone else that I've asked to sign in can!

                      Fuck man are they that bad?                               I know whenever we need the VerotelRUM signup script thingy setup it can take a few hours for them to activate, but never takes too long. Have you put in an installation request in you admin section??

                                  Yeah man I had a thing up but I also had my own script that I set up so people log in twice, once through the site through a form and the next time through the normal html pop-up, and they just can't login

                                  Does anyone know if they work on this stuff at night too?

                                      I am not sure if Verotel still offers their LIVE CHAT. I have not needed it in some time. But they did have it, and you can always CALL THEM. They do answer, but you have to try and understand their thick Dutchie accent.

                                      No. They are not bad. Many on here can vouch for the fact you are paid on time, and no complaints in years. They, like all processors, have an acchillies heel somewhere.

                                      Are you contacting the right e-mail address for Verotel? You should be sending it to their merchant support. They DO answer within 2-24 hours. Depending on the day and time sent. If you are in the US. The best time is in the AM. Not sure what that is in Dutchie time.

                                      I have 6+ pay sites with them, and they had them all up and running in 24 hours. Not sure what up. Sounds like a communication break down chief.
