then, site shuts down, so i have double work, trying to remove what i've put up........

now they threaten to sue for not taking shit down

This is not the first time that affiliates are put in the line of fire. It happened back in the day with the Pamela Anderson video too. Actually it also has happened recently with Vivid webmasters regarding Kira Kener.

Kira Kener's "lawyers" have started to send out nasty letters to people displaying Vivid owned images of her. I write back and say ... but these are images owned by Vivid, not you so you don't really have a say in whether I display them or not, they even have the Vivid copyright on the image .... and she writes back no less than 7 times freaking out on me because if she took a photo, then nobody but her has rights to it.

She then referred to a photo set on a Mac and Bumble affiliate website as further proof of people stealing "HER" images and profiting from HER likeness without her permission.

I reminder her that she was paid for her services as a model and signed a release, she doesn't own the right to those images and just ceased all conversation with her completely insane attorney who part of the time pretended to actually be Kira Kener.

or remove the content but bill them with $20,000/month (your removing content fee) - tell them it will only take like 5-6 months.

Is that true? If so why why have you refused?

Make a slideshow video of all her images and upload them to all of the tube sites you can find.

another site dixiesdelight hit me up about the same kind of thing, needing to remove images, i told him i'm in the process of compiling a list of all my galleries/urls so i can send them to my gallery maker guy to delete them all

Hey - sorry you received that email from the MODEL - but I've already stated that it's not ME (who owns the content/ran the affiliate program/ran the site/took the pictures/etc) who sent the email, so please differentiate from the two.
