It can have an adverse impact on your future depending on what path your life takes after doing it.

If I were you. I would set up a twitter account. I would create a white label through Chaturbate. I would create profiles on the all the major tube sites with pics and short videos that mention your twitter id. It's not about "people know" right at this moment - it's 5 years down the road when you're establishing some kind of actual career path and somehow word gets out (it will).
