Hi,
You should give a try to the Yslow extension of firefox. It'll help you a lot with the speed. for instance, you could the Apache ExpiresActive for your pics and css, use mod_gzip or mod_deflate to speed it up a little.
And on an empty cache, your first page weighs nearly 2900Kb, which is quite big actually.
A lot of pictures for the first page, even if they are of a good quality.

loaded pretty fast for me it was a strugle for 1 second for the menu buttons once that loaded the rest of the site was done in 3 seconds

Next, your posts lack text. You might want to consider adding more text in your posts to attract the search engines more.

Also I notice you advertise Ashely Dupree or whatever her name is. That hooker who as under age at the time she modeled for GGW. I thought their lawyers decided GGW had to pull that content from their website .... if so, why are you still advertising it? That's really shady, no? Is this how you want others to think of you?

Since i added the videosZ embedded plugin it slowed down a bit i think, but thats just my thoughts.
