Ok in the a real world if a business wants to promote, it advertises. It pays upfront. Thats no different than what he is asking them.

Yep, you can consider it a media buy. Party A pays Party B for 1000 joins. Party B pulls the ads when the 1000 joins have come in. Could be an interesting way to monetize tube traffic, as Party A gets decent exposure for branding.

What I ment is programs don't just openly say "hey lets do a prepaid deal!" to anyone, especially someone with less then 50 posts on GFY. Yeah I know they do it, i've seen it done with a few people i know...
