Use wordpress , its easy and secure.
For hosting , most hosting companies have an autoinstaller for wordpress, however check if its the latest version.
If you got litttle traffic (below 10k uniquse a day) go for servage.net.
If you grow and the load is to big to be hosted on a shared webhosting plan, go for a VPS : Jaguarpc
