Has anyone used it successfully? I just went today and tried it and I got a unauthorized usage error, and at another ATM a transaction unauthorized error, I'm sure I'm putting in the right PIN, but could it be I'm using the wrong kind of ATM? Is it only the ones that say VISA on them that work? Will like bank machines at actual banks not work?

Just used it 15 minutes ago to withdraw with no problems at TD/Canada Trust. Never had a problem withdrawing from any bank's ATM the past couple years. -

Just look for that logo and you are good.
CIBC, RBC and TD and the ones in superstore will all work.
Avoid the little generic ATM's, they never work with epass.

Also make sure you are selecting "credit card" as the type of account. Works fine at BMO.Comment

yeah them single bank machines dont work, you need to hit a bank where the machine is in the wall or like stated above with that logo.Comment

Use this handy Visa ATM Locater to find what ATM will accept ePassporte card.
Other than that, if you can find an ATM with following logo, it will accept the ePassporte card.

yeah as they say, use a major banks machine and "credit card" I use it world wide, very seldom do I have a problem
