It's going to take a lot of time with a trial and error approach whatever you do unless you have some secret killer idea.
Dating and cams seem easier money than paysites but OTOH if it's easy and everyone knows of it you probably aren't going to make a lot from it. The real money is in bringing something to the table that the others haven't. I have no idea what that is right now.

concentrating on search engine keyword traffic is key for signups.
Just getting hits from other sites is completely useless...and usually ends up being around a 0-1,000,000 signup ratio..
Don't put all ur eggs in 1 basket.. switch out to the non-adult side as well...if u can afford the start-up costs. get a web hosting business or something. or white-label up with one of em...or maybe start an e-cigarette white label...something new, where u don't have a lot of competition...yet.
or make an amazon store with FreshStoreBuilder.
giving u a lot of good ideas...u can pay me on the side..
Cam site signup ratios are much better than porn signup ratios.
