    Macs are great machines (Our business is powered by all iMacs, and I'll be buying a MacPro soon). I have never tried a Mac Mini but have heard good things about it. Also glad to hear how old it is and how you are still putting it to good use. Our oldest macs are about 7 years old and are still running perfectly, and still handle everything we use them for.

        As if this is an achievement. I renew my PCs every 6-8 years and all of them are still running at the time

            And mine also runs OSX. So yeah...the only glaring difference is the case.

                Nope, operating system is also a difference. Mine runs windows.
                Actually I had no idea what you were talking about in this post. I was merely saying that PC's are also durable. Not sure how your remark is relevant to my post you quoted.
