                                              password forums are the main problem, with out them they wouldn't be able to steal the content as easy to upload to torrent sites or illegal tube sites.

                                                                      I'm more concerned with the illegal tubes. The thing is as well, these torrent sites can and will operate without profit - it's the nature of their users/people who start/run this things. Hit a few of the main sponsors of illegal tubes and, due to bandwidth costs, they will be out of biz or forced to change quickly. That and the fact that every tom, dick and harry can find, bookmark and use them. These private torrent things whilst not a positive, aren't so straightforward and in turn damaging as these illegal tubes I think.
