but to be honest 30 per month realy is not worth it.
if he wants to pay me monthly then its £100 per month and 1 £500 deposit just in case he stops paying. and even then its realy not worth it for me.
i have made a very good offer.
and da has made an offer. and he has the cash.
so its just which of them will pay.

but i think damian is all talk.
and so its up to him to prove he is a man of honour or not.
