I'm considering putting money towards this. I'd be prepared to consider it for B&B too.
That said, I do not trust Adam to keep his word and suspect I'd have to go to Yorkshire and get it back at some point.
Post once in the time agreed and I'd be back to get all of the money back, one way or another.
