Announcement: I shall take up Damians offer.

Damian has offered me £30ph not to post on gfy.com.

I shall take up his offer of this as long as he pays me 5 years in advance:

£1800 (£30x12 months x 5 years)

I will accept payment within 24 hours.

However I will presume he will back down as he made me an offer on another forum. He offered £1000 (or was it £2000) not to post. I agreed and as he is full of crap he backed down.

So its up to Damian. I shall take the money as he has agreed. And no, I shall not take £30 a month as I do not belive he will pay it each month. I will take 5 years worth and never post on gfy.com again (even after the 5 years).

I shall still post on other forums unless he wishes to pay me not to post on them. But if he does I shall arange that with him after I have payment for gfy.com.

That is the deal.

Now what I suspect Damian will now do is post reasons why he cannot pay or reasons he will back out of paying or reasons why he cannot afford to pay and reasons why he will only pay per month or some other guff.

I shall do this on the agreed turms he has already offered.

Should he not accept these turms I shall decine my offer.

So its simple. Damian pay me the agreed sum as you have offered within 24 hours and I shall not post again and will close my gfy.com account. Or post your excuses and show the world how you cannot be trusted.

As I have stated Damian has already offered me a sum of money to stop posting on a uk site then he backed down.

He has also made a bet with Paul and stated he would give money to charity. Rather than doing this he got paul banned.

He has also agreed to give a webmaster on a uk forum a laptop, and unless i am wrong he has failed to do so.

So as you may presume I have no confidence in Damian paying up as his track record is rather poor on his deals. If he had not been so untrustworthy I may have considered allowing him to pay monthly. However this under his history would be not acceptable. Only a 5 year period of payment would be.

However the offer of acceptance has been made by me publicly, I shall expect Damian to reply ONLY in this thread if he accepts or declines the offer. Should he state he wishes to change any turms, the acceptance from me is void. Any repose from Damian except he accepts my offer will be considered one of his weasel posts and will show publicly how he cannot be trusted.

However this will allow Damian to prove he is honest or not.

Again the deal is clear £1800 within 24 hours. No more posts on gfy.com. Payment in full. Any alterations to this deal will = no deal on my end.

Note: In 24 hours [2pm uk time 12 March 2014] offer closes.

If he does not pay me via paypal by this time I shall post to inform you that he has backed down on the deal.

Should be pay me I shall post to say he has. And at 6pm UK time 12th march 2014 I shall no longer post.

But as I have stated, from my experience of him, he will find reasons to back down.
