The question isn't how much, but how. I've seen shit like:
echo file_get_contents($_GET[file]);
Patching up and replacing shit like that is going to be worse than making the other 25% work. Thats why nobody wants to do it. If you give a sample of what the people would have to work with, they might be a bit more open to it. We've all been burned before, be gentle.

Realistically dude unless this is some really expensive project, you are probably better off just getting it coded from scratch...
