Best time to list a 7 day is on a Sunday afternoon/evening, I bet these will do good. That iphone should sell for a hefty price.

Dunno how I'll do on that iPhone though. Its only a 5.

You don't pay tax on items you have already paid sales tax on and sell like that.

Where are you getting this from, any credible documentation to back it up or are you just repeated something you heard from some guy?

Far as I know you technically gotta pay tax on all eBay income, tho in practice the IRS isn't going to look at many low-end sellers.
