Your art critique needs some artistic background knowledge and a context.
There is a difference between a brilliant artist considered mentally disturbed by dumbed down serfs, and a truly mentally disturbed self proclaimed artist.
Being considered 'pretty good' by a dumbed down serf does not make an artist, an artist at all.
If it was the topic of extreme controversy, or debate of it's brilliance or technique which you would never venture into, then Bush might be an artist but you know that won't happen.
