It is quite shocking and punishment is needed. The guys that kept watch should get it tough; pussy bastards. I think life is a pretty extreme sentence.
While they should be punished and IMHO, tried as adults, i don't think life is a fair sentence.
While there are a lot of cries of "what about the parents?" well these kids were old enough, they knew it was wrong and while the parents can take a little blame, these kids need to learn to take responsibility for their actions...Comment

I dunno life sounds about right to me.. You have to figure, the video you are seeing was taken "after" they had already beat her to the point she was knocked out. Think about it, how hard is it to kill someone? They beat her head into the wall and fucked up this girls eye and ear and gave her a concussion. I mean fuck you can die from a concussion.
They could have very easily given the girl brain damage or killed her b4 any of this happened. The fact that they knocked her out and didn't call the ambulance then continued to beat her after she came too is pretty fucked up and is attempted murder IMO.
