You need to remember though, that us Brits dont care about teeth.... From the moment we are born, our aim is to have them rot away as soon as possible, so we dont need to waste time worrying...
Its the same with Penises... If we cared about under foreskin smegma, we would be circumcised at birth like the USA....
We would rather let our penises rot away as soon as possible, to avoid having to look after them...
Its just a cultural thing though. No 'Right Or Wrong', but irt DOES save on golf balls.. I could retract my foreskin right now, and wipe the smegma out into my hand, and mould it into a free golfball...
Within a day or so, its hard enough to take to the golf course...
