A very misleading title. They are not surrendering and not to Russians. They are leaving Ukrainian army and joining the military forces of the Crimea autonomy.

Once again: they do not. As about 18 yo boys... Denis Berezovsky - the commander of the Ukrainian Navy has swore allegiance to Crimea. He wasn't forced to do that, it was his own decision.

so all the unmarked, but uniformed gunmen that originated from russian owned bases and drive russian plated cars, are not the people they are surrendering too? Crimea magically made its own military over night? outside of the actual and existing military? thats who they are surrending too.
