Will Mexico attack the US and reclaim California, Arizona, and Texas?
Here's a good one - Will Japan invade Russia and reclaim the Kuril islands, and if so, will Russia just accept this?
No matter how you spin this, Russia has invaded another country with any valid reason. They aren't there to protect Russian citizens; They are not Russians at all but instead are Ukrainian citizens and have been since 1954. There was no violence going on, no threats, nothing, until the Russians invaded.

True....
Btw there is a thing called
Budapest Memorandum which states:
According to the memorandum, Russia, the US, and the UK confirmed, in recognition of Ukraine becoming party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and in effect abandoning its nuclear arsenal to Russia, that they would:
- Respect Ukrainian independence and sovereignty within its existing borders.
- Refrain from the threat or use of force against Ukraine.
- Refrain from using economic pressure on Ukraine in order to influence its politics.
- Seek United Nations Security Council action if nuclear weapons are used against Ukraine.
- Refrain from the use of nuclear arms against Ukraine.
- Consult with one another if questions arise regarding these commitments.
The first three are already ignored lol
