Nothing to sort out here,he didn't do any scam,he just showed as total jerk,that was my intension,i tried to explain to him that over ICQ,he got discount,gor ability to pay in parts,once he got content at his office,he asked for contract,i got pissed off but provided him and told him he dont need to pay for licence but i will write about this...so at the end,even licence wasn't good for him,which is our standard licence...and he choose not to pay,and i post,no problems here with me at all,just wanted to show him he is a jerk,all is legal here and no scam happened

Bottom line is I got scammed several times buying content, when we ask for legal documents that's all we want. I don't care for reputation or your self image.

We need to be protected legally so our affiliates won't have to put up with fhgs being taken down and all the other wonders that come with legal actions.

Well I can give them 2 x 12 minute videos instead of the normal 25 minute scene. So they are happy.

We had to choose alot of the videos from a large pool of repeating ones. Alot of the DVDs contain same scenes so it really makes alot of scenes worthless. There was time put in selecting content and planning around it, and I would have been glad to pay Lykos if he did not bring this onto GFY. But he wanted to do that since day one... as you can see in the conversation above.. All I did was ask him for legal documents.

He slandered our company, wasted our time. If he cancels the license so be it. We are in talks with real content producers for HD quality BDSM content.

deals -

- quick licensing deal for 50 USD (approx 30 EUR) for a 58 minutes of bdsm scene that is usually priced at 3 EUR / minute.

- quick licensing deal - asking me for a 72 pct. off the price

- quick licensing deal, trying to almost persuade me that I need 50 dollars so much to buy me a sandwich that I can't decline

We are going to be using the content as updates for members area and can not use it for mobiles which was the target of this agreement.

He did sign an agreement after going to the boards, but he excluded the part that we needed most because he though it would be to much to give away for free.
