    european soccer fans (about todays Champions league)

    Barcelona - Schalke -> Barcelona
    MU - Roma -> MU

    sounds right?
    both teams won their away-games already but Im quite sure they'll win their home games as well

    I want to bet $1k at these two events, whats your take on it?

      I think are both pretty tough games, I'd never bet $1k on any of them.

                  Man U are without Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand. But you would still expect them to win the game. Although they are 2 goals up, they will want to get an early goal, and ease the nerves. Totti is still out for Roma.


                  Barcelona haven't been in great form of late, although you still have to fancy them to beat Schalke. Barca drew 0 - 0 with Getafe at home last weekend, and lost 3 - 2 to Betis after being 2 - 0 up the weekend before. Barcelona are without Ronaldinho, Deco and Lionel Messi.


                  Personally, i'd bet both Man U and Barca, although $1k is a lot of money.

                                      but from what MaxJohan says Unibet offers better odds for this game

                                      edit: use can take a look at this cool site, it shows all the odds for particular games, and then you can chose the best bookie. But I dont play professionally, rather once in a while so I don't have accounts in any of them, only Ladbrokes I think. They're safe and reliable

                                                          First half had some great football but ended 0:0.
                                                          Second half was worse, but Man Utd scored around the 70 minute to a 1:0 victory (Tevez goal).

                                                          what matters the most though, is that I won $571

                                                                              Congrats there. You had won if you played both but I think you made the right decision. The germans played very well against Barca.

                                                                              Man U is unbeatable in CL since 2005 at old trafford. And Italien teams are overrated literally. The only good team there i Milan and Inter lack the middlefield.

                                                                              Roma lack the defense.
