You can fix this. Number one doesn't even have to be fitness in my book, but you do need to move for at least 30 mins a day (driving a car around doesn't count!). It's quite simple:

1. STOP worrying. It doesn't help and is POISON for the mind. If you don't know how to stop worrying, work out until you fall over every day. That will stop you or simply make a rule that every time you start to worry, you have to do as many push-ups as you can (or eat a whole carrot). Something. Stick with it.

2. Drink water instead of whatever you are drinking instead of water.

3. Work out / move around for at least 30 mins a day.

4. Eat very little and only healthy stuff (= max 600 calories) two days a week.

5. No drugs, no alcohol - at least not more than once a week.

And if you smoke, stop. Even weed, regardless of what pot-heads might argue, weed is not healthy. It just isn't.

You are too young to have that kind of blood pressure.
