Ok here is the story....
Customer contact me like a month ago,order around 16 dvd's + 1 scene,i get him 30% discount or even more don't really remember.So total amount to be charged was $2,240.I even allow him to pay me that weekly,250$ per week,every friday like he asked,till entire ammount is paid.I did that only couse i liked the guy on first place and he seemed to be ok guy.So order was delivered and when it was first friday to send $250.... there comes the problem
So now he is starting with bulshit stories like,"i dont know you,how i can know you have rights to sell it" I told him to check my reputation either here or any other forum and that is really NOT WORTH anything to risk my reputation for little bit more then 2k $.....anyway..he continues to ask contract,which shouldn't really be shown couse in that case he would have direct contact with produces and could buy from him without my % and hard work i put into it....offcourse i was really PISSED OFF.
But never mind.... i told him he will get contract on monday as it was sunday that day and my office was closed.And i told him he doesn't have to pay anything but i will post on GFY what kind of jerk he is.Anyway mondya he got the contract and then week after it or more when i keep asking was all ok with contract,he confirmed yes.
So this is first time he is actually an jerk...never mind he wanted it i provided it.
So 10 days after it...he ask for licence ,i sent him standard licence with invoice who everyone gets last 5 years.... he asked me "why do i need invoice when i dont have to pay?"
Now my only question here is...i don't care for those 2240$ but....EVEN I ALREADY PAYOUT MY PRODUCER FOR THIS,so i lose 1120$.... what do you think,does this guy looks like a stand-up guy?What would u do in this situation?
So he got content,got contract he wanted to see so badly,and then choose not to pay,ok i told him that,but did he look like a total pussy,non-stand up guy and bad bizz man?
