    I just went through an hour and a half

    ...of hell. I ran out of minutes on my cell phone...for the first time...and it took me an hour and a half on my land line...being switched from one person to another...including my requests for two different supervisors when I found the first one to be inefficient...giving my credit card number a total of five different times...to get more minutes put on it. I have auto refill but it was not due to refill until the 5th.

    Where in the hell do they hire these people from?

                          I pay $30.00 per month for a 1000 minutes...which is auto filled on X date each month. This month I ran out of minutes for the first time ever...and something I won't allow to happen again...after all of the bullshit I had to go through to get more minutes put on my phone.

                                              Usually (in the world) operators notify you that your minutes are finished (by sms) and you get extra minutes (at the higher price) that you will pay for later. Something like that. It is very ineffective and resource wasting to do it the way your operator is doing.
