I am considering outsourcing customer service of my mainstream retail business. I prefer to deal with a company that specializes in outsourcing so I only need to rant to one person and they can pass it on to their employees (when mistakes are made). It will be for emails and possibly phone calls (providing there is no accent). Looking for a really strong company that is easy to deal with and make few mistakes and don't play the victim when they do.

Providing there is no accent.. No accent what none at all? sort of like Stephen Hawkin robot or you want to say the accent you do want..
