New site. How am I doing?

OK, I just started this in January this year. My main site is http://www.xxx-pod.net and has a PR1. I also have a subdomain niche at http://bigtits.xxx-pod.net

I get around 300 unique visitors/day and 2000 page views.

I try to do link exchanges, Google optimized my sites, Dump to Linkdumps etc..... but I have yet to convert anything. Just wondering if you guys could look at my sites and tell me what you think.

I currently promote JuggCash, BangBros, NastyDollars, ZTOD and HiDef Riches

Any thoughts? Should I buy traffic or just keep pounding at it? What do you guys think?

The type of site you are running typically doesn't have good rates of conversations. So at 300 uniques a day it's no surprise that you aren't really converting any of the traffic into sales.

You are in a low quality, high quantity type niche and that means you need a lot of traffic to make a small amount of money so it's hard to judge the rate of your success yet (your conversion ratio) based on the tiny amount of traffic you have.

So like the others have said before me, keep plugging away at it using the standard TGP type tricks and tips that you will find no doubt all over the place.

Change those sponsors .. I dont know, about ztod ( never used )..
but as a newbie.. i wouldnt advice starting with those sponsors.
Use those sponsors, after u know how to promote well.

Yeah, does anybody recommend clickthrucash.com I can't tell if these people are even alive, I've sent them so many god damn emails with no reply.
I do recommend etology all of the best free sites use them.

But yeah dood, what specifically is your niche? What, or who rather, are you trying to appeal too?

Your front page is WAY TOO LONG...I know that if I only have one hand free, that I don't want to keep scrolling and scrolling and scrolling...

Focus on one niche (two if they are closely related). Less is more mate!

Thanks for the input, guys. I'm trying to do a general hardcore MGP. My MGP script on the index page http://www.xxx-pod.net has categories down the side for the surfer to pick from. I also have the drop down menu at the top to go to my various niches. The site has MILFS, Big Tits, Cumshots, Blowjobs and Facials, Legal Teens, Handjobs and Lesbians. The Big Tit niche is also served by a subdomain http://bigtits.xxx-pod.net

Not sure if the surfers are finding the drop down menu though

Any more advice? Should I buy traffic? Is 300 uniques/day a good start after only being up 2 months?

I'm kind of looking at it as a one stop shop for porn. Everything within reason is there.

In addition to what others have said, conversions aren't what they used to be. Five years ago a few hundred visitors a day would have some conversions with that. Now you need several thousand.

The reality is that there are so many of us giving porn away for free that a visitor doesn't have to spend any money to get his rocks off. Try to find unique content, programs, and niches that distinguish themselves from the majority. Think about what you would pay $19.95 a month for.

We can only hope...... lol. The only cash I have into this project is $100 for a year of hosting and $8 for the domain, so if nothing else it was a great timewaster and an even better learning experience.

A few tips:

1. Change the header!
2. Buy some hardlink spots on websites that have a high PR and try to give your PR a boost.
3. Buy bulk traffic at a dealer and start feeding that traffic to trades.
4. Find out more about the word 'prod'..
