Looking at this from the searchers point of view if someone is looking for" Miho Lechter" in a movie called "Happy Couple", Google should show the correct results whatever the webmaster has done or not done (within reason)
When it fails to do this - it is failing at its reason to exist.
Some times you can type the name of the website
www.website.com and the result not come up....
