so is spamming, but a good % of porn adult companies faciliate spammers too, regardless of what you, the GP think...

with regards to the legality, it is illegal in the US, britain and many other countries...

but the internet? does it pertain? how long has it taken for real world legal issues to be implemented to the internet equivelants? ie. youtube and other tubes, seem to be blatent copyright infringement machines... corps and gov't are working to get it to apply to the web as well... still waiting...

ok, let's say it is applied to the web... how do we check for compliance? i think its pretty difficult..

ok lets say a somewhat easy way to detect subliminal msgs (imo, there is no simple way, theres so many ways to use subliminal msging from what i've read)... who the hell is gonna police the billions of graphics on the web? and why would they bother when theres spammers, pedo's, franck and terrorists to worry about?

im just sayin'......

The problem with Subliminal advertising in the adult industry (or any other) is that whoever does the advertising campaign will be easy to trace (Unless you're talking about doing this kind of thing from an internet cafe hiding behind multiple proxies even then you can still be found). Companies have buildings and are registered businesses, in short they're easy prey for a sharp lawyer looking for a big pay day. Anyone stupid enough to try this had better have deep pockets.

enough money in this industry without needing to do this unless you a lowlife which can be found in this industry but not everyday large companies who have built a reputation.

Whoever develops a script for this, hit me up....I'll purchase a copy.
