a "theme" will not do anything for you.

you need a plugin to pull the videos.

you can pull videos via rss feeds from that cyber seo program. i use it to pull youtube videos and it works pretty good.

There's a bunch of plugins that can do the job.
Some are free and work using RSS feeds or searches like WP-O-Matic, FeedWordpress etc. some are paid like CyberSEO, WP Robot, MyVideoBlog etc.
There are others that use CSV/XML imports as well like WP Ultimate CSV Import or WP All Import both having free and paid version. Fairly limited on the free ones.
I've been using MyVideoBlog for RSS feeds and WP All Import on my sites so far and been pretty satisfied with how they work.

The name of plugin is (surprise
