St Louis is 300 miles from Chicago. And while there may be four locations in IL, only one is in Chicago (Rush and Grand).

When people say Chicago they usually mean the whole area... Downtown Chicago is referred to as the 'loop' by us oldsters. Kinda assumed you meant downtown anyway. Turns out to be about a 4.5 to 5 hour drive for me. Grew-up there and have family in the area.

The burb comment was a little tongue in cheek. But then again getting anywhere from LAX at rush hour which seems to be anytime........

Anyway, nice of you to fly in for GoodGirls Bday.
