Hold on, what was supposed to be music?
This just shows the mentality of these people who carry around guns everywhere they go. They're usually paranoid, scared little boys who are just itching to justify using it. Would that schlub even tell a car full of black teenagers to turn down music if he didn't have a gun in the car? Also, who the fuck tells someone in a car -- from another car -- that they should turn down their music? It's easy to remove yourself from that situation by driving away. If you can't get away from the noise, there's far worse things to be subjected to.
This guy should be taken off the streets. He could have easily been the theater texting shooter guy on a different day.
We need to take a deep look at who gets to own and carry guns. Maybe some kind of personality/psychological test to weed out sociopaths. I understand, and I hate it too. What's worse is its always garbage music coming out of the best sound systems. But getting into altercations with life changing consequences is not worth it. I think we are seeing a "bad manners" stance being taken by people who are pushed just a little more each day until BAM BAM they can't take it anymore and open fire. Look at this case and the recent movie shooting also in Florida involving a retired cop. Bad manners on behalf of both guys getting shot.

Well, I can certainly see what you are talking about, on a daily basis. People not covering their mouths/noses when they sneeze/cough out in public, for instance. I see this a lot these days. I recently watched a Mom watch her kid wipe boogers on items on the shelf at the grocery store.
Your example of putting the pipes on the dude in front of his house was spot on, there are many many people that do not like what they consider loud bikes. Not saying you go around blasting the pipes with complete disregard but nevertheless, a lot of guys on bikes do, blipping the throttle, etc. I can understand how it can be frustrating.Comment
