I have a two year old Lenovo W520 that's starting to act up, so I give them a call figuring there might be some service or warranty left.
Next day a technician (well two, a trainee was with him) comes to my office. Replaces the fan and the speakers.
No charge.
3 year built in warranty with next business day service at your location apparently comes with every Lenovo laptop. Pretty fucking awesome if you ask me
