    How to make animated GIFs?

    Can someone suggest a simple to use and cheap (i.e.: free) animated GIF program?

    I just need to create some small thumbnails that rotate through different images. Searched on the web but really couldn't find anything so thought I'd ask here.

          Import movie in Flash > Cut > Export Image > choose gif > Click OK.

              Or you can use adobe photo shop with imageready. Once you make each layer, then place the lawyers on top of your main images, then click FILE > Edit in Image Ready, it will then take you to image ready where you can setup your animation. Then save it as a gif.

                              Photoshop has a new free service called Express. I think you can make gifs there if you are trying to save $$. I think you get like 2GB of storage free.
