I believe DamianJ highly recommends PornCMS.

I am kidding in regards to DamianJ, however many people seem to have opted for PornCMS as a low cost alternative to ElevatedX. You do not read a lot of complaints about the platform despite the apparent number of users. I would say it's at least worth a look if you're shopping alternatives.
