    Beware Content Licenses from Arnold Stein aka Arnold T of Old Pueblo/Trampas

    He has been making his rounds trying to license a stack of DVD titles, many of which he has absolutely no right to license. A few of the movies are mine, and luckily I have friends in the business who called me as soon as they saw my stuff offered in Arnold's lot. I know there are other producers in this same boat.

    Arnold is a scumbag. Buying cheap content from him is not worth the inevitable cease-and-desist letters.

    Please spread the word.

          Yes, do not buy this content. he also is selling some of my DVD titles. And I noticed my name showing up on some peoples 2257. If he is selling other peoples titles and is not even using his own address for the 2257 info that should be a red flag.

                  I just got a current # on Arnold (thank you Mike from Videobox), and called him out over the phone. Of course, being the compulsive liar that he is, he totally denied everything. He claims, in fact, he's only done 2 content licensing deals EVER. Considering that's I've had to deal with my content being illegally licensed more than 2 times, this is laughable.

                  Scumbag.

                      No URL Mike... in the past few weeks I've gotten calls from 2 friends in the VOD business saying that they got my DVDs from encoding from Arnold. Luckily they are good friends and killed the deal there.

                      Best thing is usually to Google your 2257 address and see who's 2257 page you show up on.

I was basically told I will never see my cash due to the fact he doesnt have it to give. I find all of this to be a bunch of bullshit.. I know when I was their working on both the Dutch Stud line and also on Lisa and Mike South's stuff and a few others he was trying to sell the wherehouse clean . When I left he was down to very few titles of most of these movies.

                                                              So I am not sure where Arnold would be getting the DVD's too sell.. On the VOD side I have never been able to get a straight number on anything. I have asked for reports on several occasions.

                                                              I honestly want to see him out of business. FYI I think hes still running the business out of his house. So maybe a few of us should talk and go after that.... His partners also have houses and seem to be doing alright too.
