Sounds like a scam to me - 1 password to login to all sites? Unless they have a way to insert passes into those sites databases, I don't see how that can work. Plus, I see portal sites in that list that don't even use username/passwords.

I wonder how they got a payment processor for that site. If it´s for real, violating of intellectual property is obvious. I do not believe ther are the agreements mentioned in the FAQ on that site, or should I?

It sounds like it's a password site selling access to sites through password leaks. I have seen this many times, but never setup like this.
