Of your list I used Host Gator and Certified. If you're doing low cost shared hosting I'd go with Host Gator. My blogs on Certified would always lock me out if I made too many changes within a short amount of time. The Certified techs were great and prompt but could never solve this issue.Comment

I have a number of sites running on hostgator with no complaints. Their tech team is pretty responsive and with 24/7 chat you can get changes done to the server in no time. Never tried their ticketing system only chat when I have a problem or need PHP updated etc.Comment
