It actually looks like you can position the limbs and heads of the cheaper dolls, whereas the dolls from Hidden Door are a solid mold with one fixed position. Facial features also seem more realistic with the cheaper dolls. IMO, the ones at Hidden Door seem to have the wrong facial proportions.
