Still looking for content partners and good content. I wont pay for uploading, but you get ad space in return. I can offer you two ad spaces on the video player page. You can choose two positions which you think convert best for you on the video player page.
For example you can choose the top banner of 945x100 and the 300x250 banner next to the player.
Adding content is very easy. You upload content by ftp. You just watch the movie and can add a title and a description and add the video to the conversion queue and go to thenext movie ;-)Comment

I had a tube site a couple of years ago which i sold it after. My advice would is the following: at the begining nobody will start to upload anything on your site, not even normal users.
You have to go the the webmaster section from sites like: brazzers, videosz, bangbros etc., make a webmaster account and in that section you will find hundreds of authorized content for FREE and will start to upload on your site, because nobody will do it for you right now, not even users.
Give credit to all of the content partners by putting your affiliate link in those banner areas at every clip you upload.
The rest of the other banners? Nobody will buy traffic right now because your traffic is almost non existent. Make an account at ero-advertising or others and put their codes in those banner places, when traffic will increase, you will make monkey from them and only after expect to be contacted to sell traffic.
You will have to work very hard in at least the first 6 months to fill your site with thousands of content materials. Put at least 5-10k clips MINIMUM and after that, things will start to go easier, every day users will register on your site and some of them will start to upload content, at least to promote their sites through an watermark.
If you do what i told, you will not pay anything for content, nor advertising but you will "pay" by HARD WORK.
Ah, and one more thing, after a couple of months where you have done this, knock on the door of streamate and ask them to make you a white label, in one week you will have it after you sign the papers.
Don't contact them now, convince them first that your site has some traffic
Ah and one more thing, install that damn alexa toolbar on your browser, in a couple of months your site like shit, even under 100K with ease.
Many people are still superficial and they look at your alexa ranking if they wanna buy traffic or consider you popular.Comment

After some time, you will have already some patterns in your mind, alternate them, different word combinations etc.
When you get bored of uploading content, fap a bit, fap-upload,fap-upload, that's the spirit ;)
If you don't fap at your own tube then you re doing something wrong

Just create an account on sexleaks.com. For example use the username: shemale
You will get a profile page under shemale.sexleaks.com
You can register as much usernames as you like. I can add these under one content partner account. You can then upload the files using ftp and add the videos easily using the special page for content partners. You also have to choose 2 banner spots on the video player page and send me 2 or more banners of the format you've chosen and the urls to link the banners to and you're all set up!Comment

@robbie This kind of content partner program is different from the others I guess. I don't need a link to your ref program with my ref id. RSD, Robbie is right and you will understand the importance of this issue if your site may become big.
Now you want only traffic and is normal that you care only about this issue but, on the long run, you will limit yourself once you realize that you have so much content on the site but your sources of income are only cams/dating white labels + banners.
Then you will want to affiliate with the big content producers and put your affiliate link under their clips because you and them will make also money and voila! you have another source of income.
When i have started my tube site, i uploaded only their content: 10-15 min of video teasers with my affiliate link under them.
I guess if everyone had followed this model, nobody will say today that tubes have ruined their video sales but people got greedy and started to upload long clips.Last edited by xpimp; 01-27-2014, 07:37 AM.Comment
