I'm noticing slightly higher than normal chargebacks for January. Anyone else seeing this? Does this happen every January? I would think so, once the "Holiday shock" has worn off and the credit card bills (i.e., reality) come pouring in.

I have Zero chargebacks for January, I also have Zero sales which probably increases the likelihood of Zero chargebacks

Seems a lot of people are reviewing statements. January has been crazy for me. I got people emailing me out of the blue asking for refunds for no reason, used to happen twice a week now its several times a day.
Also today I got about 6 chargeback reversals for chargebacks I didn't even dispute (I usually get like 2 or 3 reversals a year, not 6 in a day) and a retrieval request for a refund. That's right I issued a refund to a customer and hes disputing the refund and wants to see where he signed for that - the refund, not the original charge.- As soon as I think up a good sig it's going here.Comment
