Sex.com is simply a pinterest close but for sexy pics.
OK, I get that.
But pinterest is cool for marketing as firms can post pics and get comments and have there pics shared around the site.
So if your a fan of say a clothes shop, its cool to see what new things they have and become a fan.
With sex.com its ok for 3 mins to look at some sexy pics, mainly pics from playboy. Then it becomes boring. It may bring in some sales for sites, but Icannot see it doing much.
In google it does (sex.com) not even seem to be on the first few pages when you type the word sex in.
OK, it will get lots of people typing sex.com out of interest, but i wonder how many go back to the site.
there facbook pafe has only 18k of likes. well i have seen tiny porn sites have 200k or more on there facebook page, so to me thats rather poor.
This site could be a goldmine, but to have it as some dull pinterest clone that we could all set up as there are many pinterest clone scripts you can buy. And to be honest I do not think people are that interested in porn pinterest type sites.
If it had been me I would have made it the best porn site on the web with girls on contract and exclusive, best sets and most expensive shoots. Or a new blog for the public, with interviews and stuff from porn stars but done on a pro quality basis.
