Wanted to update this thread as I mentioned I would keep everyone informed.
As of last week, my remaining balance has been paid in full. Again I would like to say how difficult it was to bring this to the boards after a 10+ year relationship, but in my case it appears to have helped.
I am still getting emails and phone calls that others are still dealing with this and I wish them well, hopefully this post and the social media blasts will help them as well.
