Paxum - Need Help Can't Login or Reset Password
Thought I would post here as they seem to check this board.
I was asked to change my password(which happens every few months), which I did. Only i am not receiving any emails from Paxum. No authentication emails, so I can't verify the password change, no lost password/password reset emails, nothing.
I urgently need to transfer funds from Paxum checking to card. I have emailed Ruth & tried Skype/ICQ. Just thought I would post here, in case Ruth or Chris gets here b4 Skype etc.
Yes I called phone support - they can't do anything other than pass it on to tech support. I am concerned that it is the weekend.
